During previous duties, I had responsible to facilitate test and automation systems and engine/vehicle test cells to Turkish Government, Defense and Main Automotive Industries and manage projects according to Professional  Project Management Standards. 

Last company as Turkish Local Dynamometer Producers business has developed from € 300.000,- to  € 2.500.000,- annual turnover and extended product portfolio from Hydraulic Dynamometer to  Active Dynamometer, Fuel, Oil, Consumption Measurement Units, Water, Oil, Fuel and Air Temperature  Conditioning Units, BlowBy and other analyzers.

One of the other previous companies Temucin Kocaturk Corp. (TK) (was representative of AVL List Graz, (Zollner  GmbH), Mecmesin Ltd., Dr. Staiger Mohilo and similar unique functioned companies for Turkey) and sister  company Tuzeks Corp., (was only handling import and custom duties according to Temucin Kocaturk business. )  business has developed since year 1990 to 2011 and year 2011 they are continued to perform engineering, after  sales support services, localization and providing to turn key facility solution to all range of customers. 

Last market development project is www.bydyno.com. This web base marketing system is ready to be used for all  range of test systems and products. 

I have redesigned, developed and implemented all these strategies and business. I also have managed many  projects during my duty and all my customers get due benefits. This is the reason; those companies are on the  market. Please find important projects list on following pages.

Key Technical Skills 

Last larger contract / project was 24.000 rpm and 8.500 rpm High Speed Helicopter Turbine Engines Test  Dynamometers Facility at T.C. MSB Land Air Force Revision Factory and one of the other major project with M.S.B  was Kayseri Panzer Factory “T” and Inline transmission test cells with active dynamometers project. I was the  project manager of TK part of project. Another major M.S.B project was at year 2010 marine large engine test  facility (Military Project) for Turkish Navy 10.000 Hp Engine Dynamometer with 100.000 Nm capacity. I was the  Project manager of all those M.S.B projects. 

During AVL representative business I have many certificated trainings on site, on AVL Austria Graz Tech. Center  and Zollner Kiel about Dynamometers, Controllers, Test Cell Automation and Control Systems and other control  systems, Electronics, Software. Also I have experience about Hybrid Vehicle Systems and Components as  controllers, hub drives and others sub systems, Consumption Measurement and Conditioning Systems, Electronic,  Micro Controllers, Micro Processors and Computer Systems. Those are my hobbies since high school and that is  the reason of my university program. 

Related to industrial systems research, development and production skill; I have detailed production knowledge  about following industrial systems and units: All range of hydraulic, EC and active dynamometers, Dynamometer  control units, Facility control systems, Measurement Units as blowby, gravimetric consumption measurement  devices, sensors, Air, Water, Oil and Fuel Conditioning systems, Emission analyzers, Mechanical actuators, Chassis  dynamometers, Anechoic chambers, etc.  

MOTEST Software and ANKA Engine, Dynamometer and Test Cell Control Systems are my designs and I have  coded ANKA software. Also I have all detail knowledge to produce locally dynamometers, measurement units,  conditioner units, controllers and related equipment of engine and vehicle test systems.
